麻风病骨关节损害的X线表现

摘　　要：探讨麻风病骨关节损害的X线表现,提高对麻风病的认识。方法 回顾性分析12例经过临床及病理证实的麻风病患者临床及手足X线资料。结果 12例均具有麻风病非特异性X线表现,其中骨质吸收12例,骨质疏松及关节损害各10例,骨髓炎2例。9例还具有麻风病相对特异性X线表现,其中小囊状骨质破坏7例,膨胀性骨质破坏2例。结论 麻风病的骨与关节损害具有一些特异性的X线征象,结合临床病史可以提示麻风病的诊断,采用X线检查可以评估麻风病骨与关节的损害。Ahstract：Objective To investigate X ray findings of osteoartieular injury in patients with leprosy, in order to improve the understandings of leprosy. Methods The clinical data and bands and feet X ray findings of 12 patients with leprosy confirmed by clinical and pathological diagnosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results Non specific X-ray findings of leprosy osteoartieular injury were showed in all the 12 cases （ 12 cases with bone absorption, 10 cases with osteoporosis and joint injury, 2 cases with osteomyelitis ）, while relative characteristic X-ray features were demonstrated in 9 cases（7 cases with small cystic bone destruction, 2 cases with expansive bone destruction）. Conclusion The osteoarticular injury of leprosy has some specific radiographic signs, which combining with tbe clinical data can be helpful in the diagnosis of this disease. X ray findings call be used to evaluate the osteoarticular injury in patients with leprosy. Key words： leprosy; osteoartieular injury; radiography
