E抗原阴性慢性乙型肝炎临床特征及血清学指标的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎患者临床、病毒学及血清生化学特点。方法以156例HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎病例为对照,回顾性分析283例HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎患者临床特征、血清HBV-DNA及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)水平。结果与HBeAg阳性组比较,HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝患者年龄偏大(t=9.359,P<0.01),病程偏长(t=6.784,P<0.01),男性患者所占比率高;血清HBV-DNA呈低水平复制状态(t=-13.085,P<0.01),ALT及AST水平低(t=6.053、6.656,P均<0.01),而TBIL水平高(t=3.129,P<0.01)。结论 HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎表现较隐匿,需要引起更多的关注。Objective To investigate the clinical, virological and biochemical characteristics of HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods Clinical features, serum HBV-DNA and the levels of ALT, AST, and TBIL from the HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis B patients were retrospectively analyzed.The results were compared with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B patients. Results The HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis B patients were generally older than the HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B patients （t=9.359,P〈O.01）, and the course of the disease was also longer（t=6.78g, P〈 0.01）. Most of the patients were male subjects, serum HBV-DNA is low level replication status （t=-13.085,P〈O.O1）, low levels of ALT and AST （t=6.053 and 6.656,P〈0.01）, but high TBIL level （t=3.129,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The Performance of HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis B is more occult, need more attention.
