摘 要:目的探讨流感样病例比例(ILI%)与气象因素的关系。方法对深圳市盐田区2008年1月至2011年12月流感样病例比例监测数据与气象因素数据进行Spearman相关及多元线性回归分析,探讨影响流感样病例比例的主要气象因素。结果研究期间日均ILI%5.65,每年6-7月为ILI%高峰;流感高峰时月均气温26.64℃~27.74℃,月均相对湿度76.4%~85.6%,气压均处于年低谷990~998hpa,日降雨量处于每年的高峰;ILI%与日均气温、日均相对湿度、降雨量呈正相关,与日均气压、风速呈负相关,与日温差无显著性相关。结论气温、气压、相对湿度、风速是影响盐田区ILI%的主要气象因素。Objective To know the relationship between the percentage of influenza-like illness (ILI%) and the meteorological factors. Methods Spearman correlation model and multiply liner regression were used to analyze the ILI% in patients and climate factors data in Yantian district,Shenzhen from January 2008 to December 2012. Try to find the main factor influnce the ILI%. Results The average of ILI% in patients is 5.65,and the peak is in June and July . During the peak time of ILI epidemic,the monthly average temperature is 26.64℃-27.74℃, monthly relatively humidity is 76.4%-85.6%, and the air pressure is at a low point about 990-998 hpa, while the amount of rainfall is at its peak. ILI% is positively associated with daily average temperature, daily average relatively humidity, and rainfall. While is negatively associated with daily average air pressure, and wind speed. No statistically siginificant difference were identified in the daily range of the temperature. Conclusion Temperature, air pressure, relatively humidity, wind speed are tightly associated with ILI% in Yantian district.
