南平市城区室内蜚蠊种群密度及季节消长现况的调查研究

摘  要:目的了解南平市城区室内蜚蠊密度的季节性消长和侵害状况,为蜚蠊防制提供科学依据。方法采用蟑螂屋粘捕法进行调查监测,每月监测1次。结果本次调查捕获蜚蠊2科2属3种,以德国小蠊为绝对优势种,占捕获总数的99.57%。蜚蠊全年均有活动,平均密度指数为1.69只/张,密度季节消长曲线呈3峰型,最高峰为7月份,次峰为1月,第3峰在9月。不同场所中密度从高到低分别为餐饮业、农贸市场、医院、居民区和宾馆。平均侵害率为17.29%,侵害程度以餐饮业为最高,农贸市场次之,宾馆最低。结论南平市城区室内蜚蠊防制的主要目标是德国小蠊,应根据其活动规律,开展综合性防制措施。Objective To study the invasive situation and seasonal fluctuation of the density of indoor cockroach in the urban area of Nanping, and to provide a scientific base for the control of cockroach. Methods Cockroach house and adhesive killing method were used to monitor the activities of cockroaches every mouth. Results Two families, two genera and three species of cockroaches were found. Blattella germanica is the dominant species, which accounted for 99.57% of the captured species. Cockroaches are active throughout the year. The average cockroach density index was 1.69 per sheet. There were three peaks of cockroach activity in the whole year, the major peak was in July, the 2^nd one was in January, and the 3^rd one was in September. The density of cockroaches in different places, from high to low density, was in the following order: the food and beverage industry, farmers' markets, hospitals, residential areas and hotels. The average encroachment rate was 17.29%. The highest degree of infringement was in the food and beverage industry, the next one was in the farmers' markets, and the lowest was in the hotels. Conclusion The major species of indoor cockroach in the urban area of Nanping is Blattella germanica. The controlling measures should be based on the activities of this species.
