摘　　要：目的：研究闽南语族群汉族乡村成人围度特征。方法：应用人体测量法，对福建漳州闽南语族群366例（男173例，女193例）乡村成年人进行了12项围度（头围、颈围、胸围、吸气胸围、呼气胸围、腹围、臀围、大腿围、小腿围、上臂围、前臂围、上臂收缩围）值的测量，分析不同年龄组围度值的变化规律，并将其与中国其他族群的6项围度值进行比较。结果：闽南语族群男、女均表现为躯干部和上肢围度值与年龄呈正相关，头部和下肢围度值与年龄呈负相关。男性9项（颈围、腹围和小腿围除外）围度值、女性11项（颈围除外）围度值年龄组间的差异均具有统计学意义。除大腿围和臀围外，其余10项围度值性别间差异均具有统计学意义，且均表现为男性值明显高于女性值。结论：闽南语族群乡村成人围度值特征更接近中国北亚类型族群，但也具有一些南亚类型族群的特征。Objective： To study the characteristics of circumference of Minnan dialect Han rural adults. Methods： The circumferences （including the circumference of the head, neck and chest, chest circumference at inspiration, chest circumference at expiration, abdominal circumference, hip circumference, girth of thigh, girth of the calf, girth of upper arm, girth of fore-arm and maximum biceps circumference） of 366 rural adults （173 males, 193 females） of Minnan dialect Han were measured. We analyzed the variation of circumferences on different age groups, and compared 6 circumference values of Minnan dialect Han with those of other ethnic groups in China. Results： In Minnan dialect Han ethnic groups, the circumference value of the trunk and upper limb have a positive correlation with the age, but those of the head and lower limb had a negative correlation with the age. There was a statistical significance between the same age group of male except girth of neck, abdominal circumference and girth of the calf, and there were statistical significance between the same age group of female except girth of neck. There was a statistical significance between gender except girth of thigh and hip circumference. As a whole, the circumference of males was thicker than females. Conclusion： The circumference characteristics of Minnan dialect Han are close to those of the ethnic groups of North Asian type of Mongoloid, but they have some characteristics of the ethnic groups of South Asian type of Mongoloid.
