摘  要:采用丁二酸酐和二乙烯三胺为单体合成端氨基超支化聚合物(NH2—HBP),采用戊二醛分别将NH2—HBP和明胶水解液交联至超细纤维合成革基布上,得到改性基布。采用天然皮革的涂饰工艺对改性基布进行涂饰,对改性基布、未改性基布以及酸改性基布的涂饰效果进行对比研究。试验结果表明:改性基布的涂饰效果最佳,涂饰后基布涂层的剥离强度大幅度增强,基布的吸水性、透水汽性也大大增加,且基布的抗张强度、撕裂强度、断裂伸长率与空白基布相比无较大变化。Amino - terminal hyperbranched polymer ( NH2-HBP) was composed by monomers of succinic anhydride and di- ethylenetriamine action, then the NH2 -HBP and gelatin hydrolysate was crosslinked onto microfiber synthetic leather base with the glutaraldehyde, and get the modified synthetic leather base. The modified base was finished with natural leather finishing process, the finishing effects of modified base, unmodified base and base treated by formic acid were researched and compared with each other. The results show that the finishing effects of base modified by NH2-HBP and gelatin hydrolysate are optimum, the peel strength of base coating are strengthened substantially after finishing, the water absorption and water vapor permeability of the base are also increased greatly, meanwhile, the tensile strength, tearing strength and elongation at break of the modified base are not changed significantly compared with that of unmodified base.
