摘 要:实例分析了制革废水的环境影响因子识别、评价重点,并提出了切实可行的污染防治措施。结果表明:主要评价因子为COD Cr、BOD5和色度;废水对地表水的环境影响和湿加工过程的清洁化生产是评价的重点;脱毛、脱灰、脱脂和浸酸工艺与鞣制、加脂染色工艺及各工序洗涤工艺产生的废水采用分流预处理,高浓度废水UASB和低浓度废水SBR分别处理后,能够满足污水综合排放标准中的二级标准要求;综合混合模式预测的结果表明废水对地表水污染贡献较小。The environmental impact evaluation (EIA) factors were determined according to the example of leather - making industry wastewater. The assessment emphases were analyzed and feasible measures of disposing pollution were put forward. The results suggeste that the major environmental impact factors included CODcr, BOD5 and chroma, and the effects of tanning wastewater on ground water and the cleaner production during waterish machining procedure are the evaluation keys. The unfai- ring, ash removal, degreasing, acid dipping liquid and wastewater from' the chrome tanning wastewater, grease addition, dyeing and washing techniques are handled by distributary and pretreatment depending on the pollutant kinds. The high concentration wastewater is dealt with by means of UASB technique and the lower concentration wastewater is treated by SBR technique respec- tively. The effluent could reach the second standard of wastewater discharge standard, and the evaluation by the compositive mix- ing model indicate that the effluent brought ground water little pollution.
