摘 要:激光多层熔覆易导致应力叠加,熔覆层裂纹增多。为提高熔覆质量,提出一种在多层激光熔覆过程中实施层间激光扫描的工艺方法,以有无层间扫描为区别,模拟不同工艺下的激光双层熔覆过程。计算结果表明:层间激光扫描对多层熔覆的温度场影响不大;层间扫描使前一层熔覆层对后一层有预热效果,改善了因激光熔覆急热急冷带来的不利影响。层间激光扫描缓解并释放了前一层熔覆层的残余应力,减小了后一层熔覆的应力累积,在一定程度上起到了减小应力、抑制熔覆层裂纹的效果。In the multilayer laser cladding process, the stress accumulates and the amount of the coating cracks increases. In order to control the cladding layer quality, a method was presented by using interlaminar laser scanning in the cladding process. The multilayer cladding process with intedaminar laser scanning or not were simulated. The calculation results show that the interlaminar laser scanning has little effect on the temperature field. The previous layer which preheats the next layer can reduce the adverse effect caused by the quick heating and cooling rate of the laser cladding process. The interlaminar laser scanning process releases and alleviates the residual stress of the previous stress and lessenes the stress accumulation in the next layer. To some extent, the interlaminar laser scanning proposes a new method to reduce stress and inhibit cracks in the laser cladding process.
