摘  要:研究了固溶热处理对1Cr12Ni2WMoVNbN钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明:1Cr12Ni2WMoVNbN钢随固溶温度的升高,强度和硬度均呈上升趋势,塑性和韧性呈下降趋势;由于钢中含有Ni、W、Mo和V等合金元素,增强了其回火稳定性,经590℃和690℃回火的组织以回火马氏体为主,但690℃回火马氏体板条特征呈逐渐分解趋势;固溶保温时间延长,屈服强度稍有下降(降低幅度约1.5%),抗拉强度和塑形指标变化不大。The effects of solution heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of 1Crl 2Ni2WMoVNbN steel were studied. The results show that the strength and hardness of the steel increase, the plasticity and toughness decrease with the increase of solution temperature. Since the steel contains some alloy elements such as Ni, W, Mo, V, which enhances the stability of tempering. After tempering at 590 ℃, 690 ℃, the metallurgical structure is dominated by tempering martensite, but at 690 ℃tempering state, the lath character of tempering martensite tends to gradually decompose; prolonging the solution hold time, the yield strength decreases slightly(reduction of 1.5%), the tensile strength and plastic change little.
