摘 要:系统性红斑狼疮是困扰着人类健康的一种自身免疫性疾病,通常发生在免疫系统自身耐受性崩溃之后,免疫系统中大量的炎症介质如细胞因子参与了该病的进程,细胞因子疗法有望成为治疗系统性红斑狼疮的新的治疗手段。本综述以细胞因子作为切入点,阐述了与系统性红斑狼疮病理进程密切相关的细胞因子的作用,以及针对该疾病的细胞因子疗法的研究进展,认为以疾病不同时期的不同细胞因子的表达水平划分疾病的活性指数,根据活性指数选择不同的细胞因子抑制剂进行个性化的治疗,或许能够取得更好的疗效。Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a serious autoimmune disease affecting public health. In principle, SLE strikes after the collapse of self-tolerance of the immune system, a process that involves many different inflammatory mediators such as cytokines. Cytokine therapy, as a novel treatment, has achieved good clinical results and brought hope to SLE victims. However, a better understanding of the pathogenesis of the autoimmune process is needed. Thhis review started with key cytokines closely related to the pathological process of SLE before discussing the role of cytokines and current status of cytokine therapy against SLE. Finally, the author suggested that disease activity indexes should be deter- mined according to quantitative expression levels of different cytokines in different stages of the disease, and that choosing a particular cytokine inhibitor according to disease activity indexes may achieve a better therapeutic effect.
