摘 要:目的:探索苦白蹄子实体总三萜最佳提取条件。方法:通过利用超声提取、热提取、微波提取三种方法对苦白蹄子实体进行提取,并对总三萜含量进行检测,从而优选了超声提取法。在对超声提取时间、超声设定功率、超声温度和液料设定比例单因素试验的基础之上,根据中心组合设计原理采用四因素三水平的响应曲面分析法,通过建立数学模型对各因素显著性和交互性的作用分析。结果:得到了超声提取苦白蹄子实体总三萜的最佳工艺条件为提取溶剂为80%乙醇,超声提取时间为50min,提取温度为60℃,液料设定比例为45:1(mL/g),超声设定功率为450W。结论:在这此条件下总三萜的实际提取率为26.44%。Objective: To optimize extraction conditions of total triterpenoids of Fomes offwinalis ( Vill. : Fr. ) Bond. Method: In this exper-iment, ultrasonic - aided extraction, heating extraction and microwave - assisted extraction were carried out to detect the content of total trit-erpenoids of bbmes officinalis ( Vill. : Fr. ) Bond. And ultrasonic - aided extraction was chosen as the best extraction method. On the basic of a series of single factor experiments of ultrasonic treatment time, temperature, material/liquid ratio and ultrasonic power was carried out. The four - variable and three - level response surface methodology based on the principle of central composite design was employed to analyze the significance and interactions of the above four factors affecting the yield of total triterpenoids by mathematical modeling. Result:The optimal conditions were determined as follows: ultrasonic treatment time, 50 rain, extraction solvent, 80% ethanol, extraction temperature,60℃ ,material/liquid ratio,45:1, and ultrasonic power,450 W. Conclusion:The actual yield of total triterpenoids was 26.44% under such conditions.
