几种消毒剂对植物离体叶片药害的比较

摘　　要：目前植物组织培养外植体消毒剂首选氯化汞属剧毒且污染环境,急需杀菌效果好,适用性广,药害小,对人体低毒,环境友好,使用方便,成本低廉的消毒剂。将常用消毒剂及几种环保型消毒剂对5种植物离体叶片的伤害进行对比,结果表明次氯酸钠、氯化汞对叶片伤害最大,溴硝醇和邻苯二甲醛相对较安全。HgCl2, the preferred disinfectant used in explant disinfection in tissue culture,is highly toxic and contaminate the environment. It is in urgent need of the disinfectant that is nontoxic to the human body ,environmentally friendly,simple to use and low-cost. This paper compared the phytotoxicities of some disinfectants,including that were commonly used and other environmentally-friendly disinfectants, to five kinds of plant detached leaves. The results showed that NaOCl and HgCl2 damaged most of all to leaves. Bronopol and o-phthaladehyde were relatively safe to these leaves.
