摘 要:为了实现混流装配线高效率低成本的物料配送,文章结合制造执行系统(MES)特点,设计了一种动态的物料配送方案。通过引入工位信息元概念,建立产品装配过程实时状态监控模型,实时跟踪在制品信息,实现装配车间实时生产进程信息和物料信息的集成;采用时间惩罚函数最小化的配送人员最佳出发时间的算法,保证了装配线在不缺料停工的情况下单次配送数量、配送种类的最大化。结合实例验证了该方案的可行性与实用性。In order to achieve high efficiency and low cost of material delivery in mixed model assembly lines, a dynamic material delivery program is designed based on the characteristics of manufacturing execution system(MES). By introducing the concept of station information element, the real-time sta- tus monitoring model of the product assembly process is established, the information of work in pro- gress is tracked in real time, and the integration of real-time production process information and mate- rial information in assembly shop is realized. An algorithm of best starting time of delivery personnel with minimum time penalty function is adopted, which ensures the maximum number and types of sin- gle distribution of the assembly line in the case of sufficient material. The feasibility and practicality of the program are verified by examples.
