金银花不同花期花蕾质量及指标成分含量比较分析

摘　　要：为了确定金银花的最佳采收期,以封丘大毛花金银花为材料,测量其7个不同花期鲜花蕾和干花蕾的千蕾质量,利用HPLC研究其不同花期花蕾千蕾质量及指标成分含量的变化。结果表明,封丘大毛花7个不同花期的千蕾质量差异明显;不同花期绿原酸含量为0.350%～2.501%,木犀草苷含量为0.036%～0.207%,不同花期指标成分含量差异显著。最佳采收期为二白期到大白期。To determine the optimal harvest stage of Fengqiu honeysuckle, one thousand-bUds weight and index ingredients contents changes were compared and analyzed at seven different flowering phases. The results showed that one thousand-buds weight at different flowering phases had significantly differences. The content of chlorogenic acid was 0. 350%--2. 501% ,and the con- tent of luteolin was 0. 036%- 0. 207%. The content of index ingredients also had significantly differences. The best harvest time was from two-white period to great-white period. This ring- dings could provide theoretical support to the guidance of harvest and comprehensive utilization of honeysuckle.
