摘　　要：气化器是LNG接收站中重要的工艺设备之一,加压后的LNG经由气化器气化之后外输至天然气管网。目前LNG接收站主要采用开架式气化器(open rack vaporizer,ORV)。本文对最常见的ORV做较深入的分析,对设计及运行中需要注意的问题进行探讨。为新项目ORV的安全稳定运行提供一定的借鉴意义。Vaporizer is one of the most important process equipments in LNG terminal. Pressurized LNG will be vaporized then sent to trunkline. Nowadays open rack vaporizer （ORV） is mainly used in LNG terminal. In this paper deep analysis of ORV is performed about the issues during design and operation. All those will provide some experience for ORV safe operation for new projects.
