摘　　要："智慧城市"信息化建设质量综合评价管理系统SOAWised-City是一种SOA集成应用程序,它基于数据报告单、数据单、行业数据库、行业时序系列数据库等数据结构,采用JWS技术架构"智慧城市"项目管理部门服务器端的部署和调用及对各行业客户端的调用,完成行业数据的上报、指标体系的查看与选择、行业数据时序数据库的建立与分析,以实现"智慧城市"项目管理部门的及时准确监管所需.SOA Wised-City, the comprehensive quality evaluation management system of the Wised-City informationization construction, is a kind of SOA＇s integrated application program, which is based on the data structure of the data report, the data sheet, the industry database and its timing sequence database. It adopts JWS technology to deploy and call the project management server-side of Wised-City as well as other various industries＇ client-sides, to report the data from various industries, to look up and choose the index system and to establish and analyze the timing sequence database, which is in great need in the realization of the timely and accurate supervision by the Wised-City project management department.
