摘 要:提出一种覆冰四分裂导线机械式除冰装置的构想,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立含该除冰装置的输电线路有限元模型,模拟研究了不同条件下覆冰的脱落过程。采用多孔弹性模型描述覆冰的力学行为,并考虑了温度和孔隙率的影响,引入拉伸破坏准则判断覆冰的失效。编写了ABAQUS软件的用户材料子程序VUMAT,利用VUMAT定义覆冰的本构模型和破坏准则,实现覆冰四分裂导线除冰过程的数值模拟方法。基于模拟结果,对该机械式除冰装置的可行性进行了分析。A mechanical de-icing device to remove ice on quad bundle conductors was proposed. A FE model for iced transmission lines with the de-icing devices was built by means of ABAQUS finite element software, and simulation of de-icing process were numerically performed. A porous elastic constitutive model with temperature and porosity taken into account was used to describe the mechanical behavior of the ice accreted on conductors, and the tension failure criterion was employed to identify broken ice in simulations of de-icing process. The user material subroutine VUMAT of ABAQUS software was developed to describe the constitutive model of the ice and delete the broken elements. Based on the obtained numerical results, the feasibility of the mechanical de-icing device was analyzed.
