摘 要:提出一种新的刷涂工艺制作嵌入式高温共固化阻尼薄膜,直接将粘弹性材料溶于易挥发的有机溶剂中,刷涂在复合材料预浸料表面,然后按照T300/QY8911复合材料预浸料固化工艺曲线将其制成嵌入式高温共固化复合材料试件,并对刷涂工艺和压片工艺制作的嵌入式高温共固化复合材料试件进行模态分析实验,获得了这两种方法制备粘弹性阻尼薄膜厚度与低阶模态参数的变化关系,结果证明了刷涂工艺所制得试件具有较高阻尼性能,为轻质大阻尼复合材料构件的设计理论和制作工艺的进一步研究奠定了基础。A new brush coating process technology was developed to manufacture embedded high-temperature co- cured damping films. The visco-elastic material was firstly dissolved into a volatilizable organic solvent, and then the viscous mixture was coated on surface of composite prepregs. According to the cure curves of 3300/QY8911, the specimens of embedded high-temperature co-cured composite material were made. Finally, the modal analysis tests of the specimens manufactured with the membrane forming process and brush coating process were completed and the curves of the lower order modal parameters versus to damping film thickness were obtained. The results showed that the specimens manufactured with brush coating process have better damping performance. This investigation provided an important foundation for further exploring design theory and manufacturing technology of composite material structures with lightweight and high damping.
