摘 要:新修订的荷载规范对输电塔结构影响较大的风荷载作出了较大的修改,降低了表征平均风荷载的风压高度变化系数,增大了表征顺风向风振响应的风振系数。从随机振动理论出发,比较了新旧荷载规范风振系数计算公式的异同,并以某系列220kV四回路直线塔为例,详细分析了各类场地和各角度风下荷载规范修订对塔架和线条风荷载的影响,以及对不同高度的塔基底弯矩、塔腿主材轴力和塔重的影响。结果表明新规范导致输电塔塔架风荷载增加而线条风荷载减小,二者共同作用的结果取决于场地类别和角度风。风荷载增幅B类>A类>C类>D类,0°>45°>60°>90°。对于输电线路常见的B类场地而言,新规范将较大地增加输电塔结构的基底弯矩、主材轴力和塔重。With a reduction of mean wind load and an increase in gust effect factor, the recent revision of Chinese Load code for the design of building structures has notable influences on wind load calculation in transmission tower designs. Based on the theory of stochastic vibration, differences between the new code and the old for calculation of gust effect were compared here. Contrasive analysis of wind load on a series of 220kV four-circuit suspension towers was performed according to the new code and the old. Effects of wind load calculation with the revised code on bending moments, leg forces and tower weights were also calculated. It was shown that the revised code leads to an increase in wind load on the towers and a decrease in that on the conductors ; as a result of both of them, the ratio of total wind load computed with the newcode to that computed with the old for terrain B (rural areas) 〉 that for terrain A 〉 that for terrain C 〉 that for terrain D (large city centers), and the ratio of total wind load computed with the new code to that computed with the old for wind angle of attack 0° ( parallel to the conductor) 〉 that for wind attack angle 45° 〉 that for wind attack angle 60° 〉 that for wind attack angle 90° (normal to the conductor); therefore, bending moments, leg forces and weights of transmission towers usually constructed in B-kind terrain are increased considerably using the revised code.
