摘 要:目的:对不同组方平胃散挥发油促进大鼠胃排空作用及其药效物质进行研究。方法:采用不同组方和挥发油配比方案获得挥发油,分别采用GC-MS技术和SPECT技术对挥发油的化学组成及促进大鼠胃排空作用进行分析,以遗传算法进行变量选择后采用MLR和SVM算法构建定量谱效关系模型。结果:除苍术挥发油外,其他配方挥发油均具有不同程度促进大鼠胃排空作用,构建的GA-SVM模型优于GA-MLR模型。结论:D-柠檬烯和β-桉叶醇为平胃散挥发油促进大鼠胃排空作用的主要药效物质。Objective: To study active substance from volatile oil of PingWeiSan and its function on gastric emptying of rats with different prescriptions of PingWeiSan. Method:Different ratios of volatile oil were prepared from difference prescriptions. Chemical ingredients of volatile oil and gastric emptying of rats were analyzed respectively through GC-MS technique and SPECT, quantitative spectrum-effect relationships models were constructed by MLR and SVM algorithm after variables were selected by genetic algorithm. Result:Except volatile oil of CangZhu[Atractylodes Iancea (Thunb.)DC.], volatile oils from other prescriptions could promote rat gastric emptying in different degrees, GA-SVM model was superior to GA-MLR model. Conclusion: D-limonene andβ-eudesmol of PingWeiSan are main active substances of promoting rat gastric emptying.
