Two New Species of the Genus Petalocephala Stl (Homoptera: Cicadellidae: Ledrinae) from China

摘　　要：记述我国叶蝉科耳叶蝉亚科片头叶蝉属 2新种 :赤缘片头叶蝉 Petalocephalarufa Cen et Cai,sp.nov.、单色片头叶蝉 Petalocephala unicolor Cen et Cai,sp.nov.。新种模式标本保存在安徽农业大学昆虫标本室。The present paper deals with two new species of Petalocephala Stl from China. All the type specimens are deposited in the Insect Collections of Anhui Agricultural University. 1. Petalocephala rufa Cen et Cai, sp. nov. (Figs.1～9) This species is similar externally to Petalocephala rufomarginalla Kuoh, but can be distinguished by the characters of male genitalia. ♂: length 7.6 mm～8.2 mm, incl. tegm. 9.0 mm～9.5 mm; width of head 2.6 mm, length of crown 1.2 mm; pronotal width 3.0 mm. Holotype ♂, Mt. Tianmushan, Zhejiang, 29-Ⅸ-1998, light trap, Zhao Mingshui. Paratypes 1♂, Mt. Jiunongshan, Zhejiang, 21-Ⅸ-1980, Tong Xuesong; 1♂, Mt. Lushan, Jiangxi, 21-Ⅷ-1964, Ge Zhonglin; 1♂, Guizhou, No. 130, Li Zizhong. 2. Petalocephala unicolor Cen et Cai, sp. nov. (Figs.10～18) This species is closely allied to the above new species, Petalocephala rufa Cen et Cai, but may be easily identified by the relatively bigger size, the absence of a brown granule on the disk of each forewing and red linea on the margin of head, and by the structure of aedeagus. Length: ♂9.8 mm～10.0 mm, ♀12.5 mm; incl. tegm.:♂10.5 mm～11.0 mm, ♀13.3 mm; width of head: ♂3.0 mm, ♀3.3 mm; length of crown: ♂1.5 mm, ♀1.8 mm; pronotal width: ♂3.3 mm, ♀3.7 mm. Holotype ♂, Mt. Tianmushan, Zhejiang, 16-Ⅷ-1999, light trap, Cai Ping. Paratypes 1♂ and 1♀, Mt. fengyangshan, Zhejiang, 27-Ⅷ-1980, Tong Xuesong.
