旋覆花汤加味治疗胆囊术后综合征42例

摘　　要：目的：观察旋覆花汤治疗胆囊术后综合征的临床疗效。方法：将83例患者随机分为治疗组42例、对照组41例。治疗组方选旋覆花汤加味，1剂/d，水煎分服。对照组口服舒胆通片，40 mg/次，3次/d，饭后服用。2组均以治疗4周为1个疗程，治疗1个疗程后评价疗效。结果：治愈率治疗组为50.00%，对照组为17.07%，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。总有效率治疗组为80.95%，对照组为56.10%，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。治疗后谷丙转氨酶（SGPT）和胆红素增高率治疗组低于对照组，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。胆总管宽度＜0.8 cm及0.8～1.2 cm者2组人群分布相比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：旋覆花汤加味治疗胆囊术后综合征疗效确切。Objective： To observe clinical effects of XuanFuHuaTang for postcholecystectomy syndrome. Method：All 83 patients were randomized into 42 cases of the treatment group and 41 cases of the control group. The treatment group oral modified XuanFuHuaTang, one dose each day, water decocted. The control group took trepibu-tone tablets, 40mg each time, three times per day, after meal. Four weeks were one course of treatment and therapeu-tic effects were assessed after one course of treatment. Result：Clinical cure rate of the treatment group was 50.00%, higher than 17.07%of the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.95%, superior to 56.10%of the control group, the difference between both groups was significant （P〈0.05）. SGPT and bilirubin increasing rate of the treatment group were lower than those indexes of the control group after treating, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The difference was significant in population distribution when the patients with the width of common bile duct less than 0.8 cm were compared with the one with the width ranged be-tween 0.8 and 1.2 cm （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Modified XuanFuHuaTang is effective in treating postcholecystectomy syndrome.
