摘　　要：针对车轴套管挤压成形过程中存在壁厚差较大的问题进行分析,指出挤压成形工艺、模具设计及装夹方式为主要影响因素,并提出模具改进措施,减小了车轴套管壁厚差,获得了满足成形要求的零件,提高了成品率,节约了成本。In terms of large wall-thickness difference in the extrusion forming oi axle tube, the main factors of affecting the wall-thickness difference, such as extrusion forming pro- cess, die design and clamping type, were proposed. The measures of improving the die were proposed to decrease the wall-thickness difference of axle tube.
