摘  要:随着全球资源短缺和环境污染变得越来越严重,铝合金、镁合金等轻量化材料在汽车、航天以及高速列车等行业得到了广泛应用,然而轻量化材料的连接问题限制了其应用。填充式搅拌摩擦点焊(简称RFSSW)作为一种新型轻量化材料点状连接技术应运而生。介绍了填充式搅拌摩擦点焊原理、国内外填充式搅拌摩擦点焊技术在航天、高铁等行业的工程化应用现状,以及填充式搅拌摩擦点焊工具的最新研究进展。填充式搅拌摩擦点焊技术在接头强度、焊点外观以及降低能耗等方面具有明显的优势,该技术在轻金属单点连接领域必将逐步取代电阻点焊、铆接等传统的连接方式。As global resource shortages and environmental pollution become more and more serious,lightweight metals,such as aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy,have been considered as target materials to be used in all kinds of industrial fields,such as auto mobile industry,aerospace industry and railway industry.However,the difficulty in the connection of lightweight metals has stopped them from being widely used.Therefore,a new method of single spot welding,refill friction stir spot welding(RFSSW),has been developed,which is very suitable for joining lightweight metals.In this paper,the research status quo of RFSSW is reviewed from the aspects of the schematic illustration,mechanical properties,industrial application in aerospace industry,railway industry and other fields,and tool of RFSSW.And it is pointed out that RFSSW technology will replace conventional spot welding methods such as resistance spot welding and riveting because of its advantages such as better weld properties,perfect macroscopic appearance and lower energy.
