摘 要:通过对国内外穿孔等离子弧焊接、等离子-MIG复合焊接、激光-等离子复合焊接与等离子切割技术的研究现状分析,得到以下结论:穿孔型等离子弧焊适合在厚板焊接中做打底焊,且国内外都将精力集中在等离子弧机理研究上,如等离子弧热场、流场及小孔成型过程的数值模拟;等离子-MIG、激光-等离子复合焊接是研究的热点,在设备、工艺、机理上都有了发展,其铝合金、不锈钢焊接接头性能优良;等离子切割在厚板切割中具有优势,其切口质量好、变形小、切割厚度大、成本低、效率高等,是传统的火焰切割及激光切割无法相比的,在船舶、压力容器、重型机械中具有广阔前景。Through analysis of research status of keyhole plasma arc welding,plasma-MIG hybrid welding,laser-plasma hybrid welding and plasma cutting,we found that:the K-PAW is suitable backing welding in thick steel welding,most of the research is focus on the mechanism of plasma arc at home and abroad,for example,numerical simulation of the plasma field,the flow field and the holes forming process and so on; the research of Plasma-MIG hybrid welding and laser-plasma hybrid welding is hot,and has development in equipment,process and mechanism,and its aluminum alloy,stainless steel welded joint performance is well.Plasma cutting has advantages in thick plate compared with the flame cutting and laser cutting,such as good incision quality,small deformation,large cutting thickness,low cost and high effficiency,so the plasma cutting have broad prospects in shipbuilding,pressure vessels and heavy machinery.
