摘　　要：为了实现奥太MIG-500RP焊机的监控,根据MIG-500RP焊机的模拟接口的控制要求,利用FX2N系列PLC设计了焊机的硬件控制电路,并利用GX软件设计了PLC的梯形图。同时为了实现奥太焊机的可视化监控,利用北京亚控公司的组态王软件KingView 6.5设计了基于PC机的监控界面。实验表明,该系统可实现奥太MIG-500RP焊机参数的远程设置,并可完成焊机的手动和远程可视化控制。Aiming at the monitoring system of the Aotai welding inverter （（MIG-500RP）,this paper designs the hardware circuit with PLC（FX2N）based on the control demands of the welding inverter＇s analog interface,and completes the PLC＇s software with the GX software.In addition,in order to realize the visual monitoring,we also use the KingView 6.5 to design the monitoring interlace based on PC.The experiments show this monitoring system can remotely set the parameters of the welding inverter,and visually control the welding inverter.
