摘  要:对工程特殊节点制备相应的工艺评定试验,焊接方法为GMAW-CO2,焊接工艺为多层多道焊,试件完成后对试件进行UT、MT、拉伸、冲击、弯曲试验。通过UT和MT检测结果合格,钢板板厚为20 mm的翼缘板焊后未出现层状撕裂;拉伸试验断裂均在母材,拉伸试验合格;硬度和冲击性能均良好;背弯试验时在较小的剪力和弯矩下出现脆断,裂纹在翼缘板中间出现,裂纹为层状撕裂。从工艺上优化焊接接头坡口形式,保证焊接接头的综合机械性能,防止层状撕裂的发生。Through the special node corresponding procedure qualification test of the project,welding method GMAW-CO2,welding process for the multi-layer multi-pass welding,after completion of the test piece specimen UT,MT,tensile,impact,bending test.By UT and MT test results qualified,indicating that the thickness of 20 mm steel flange plate after welding does not appear lamellar tearing; tensile test fracture were in the base material,indicating tensile test qualified; hardness and impact properties are good; dorsal bend test in smaller shear and bending moment occurs brittle,cracks in the steel flange plate thickness of 20mm middle of the crack as lamellar tearing,test results for the above situation cause analysis,from the process optimization groove forms of welded joints to ensure comprehensive mechanical properties of welded joints to prevent the occurrence of lamellar tearing.
