摘 要:为了解不同浓度的球孢白僵菌孢子悬浮液对稻水象甲成虫取食的影响,室内测定了球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)YS03菌株在1.0×106、1.0×107、1.0×108个孢子/mL 3个浓度梯度感染稻水象甲成虫后1~14 d的每天取食斑数量和长度。结果表明,在处理后到实验结束的14 d内,单头稻水象甲成虫取食斑数量和长度随着孢子浓度的增加而减少,与对照组有显著差异。单头成虫取食斑长度最小和取食斑数量最少时仅为对照组的30.98%和42.71%。不同孢子浓度处理下单头稻水象甲成虫的取食斑数量与长度间存在显著的回归关系,回归系数的大小顺序为:CK>1.0×106>1.0×107>1.0×108个孢子/mL处理。试验结果为全面评价球孢白僵菌YS03菌株防治稻水象甲的作用提供了依据,同时也为球孢白僵菌的田间防治试验中采用稻水象甲成虫取食斑总数和总长度来测算其虫口数提供了参考。The objective of the study was to different concentration of Beauveria bassiana impacts on adults of the rice water weevil feeding, In laboratory tests, Beauveria bassiana YS03 in 1.0xl06 spores/ml, 1.0×107 spores/ml and 1.0×10s spores/ml concentration gradient of spore suspension were bioassayed against the rice water weevil and the No. of feeding scars per adult and Length of feeding scars per adult were observed daily for 14 days. The mail results are as follows: there was a significant difference between the treated group and the contrasted group, the No. of feeding scars per adult and length of feeding scars per adult compared with concentration effects of YS03 showed negative trends within 14 days. The lowest of the No. of feeding scars per adult and Length of feeding scars per adult was only 30.98% and 42.71% in the contrasted group. There was a significant regression relationship in the No. of feeding scars per adult and Length of feeding scars per adult with different concentration. Regression coefficient of the size of the order: CK〉1.0×106〉1.0× 107〉1.0×10s spores/mL. The study was necessary for overall evaluating the function of YS03 controlled of the rice water weevil and provided the basis , as well as provided reference for calculating the number of the rice water weevil with the total of the No. of feeding scars and the length of the feeding field control test.
