摘  要:通过高温持久性能试验和扫描电子显微镜分析,研究了焊态和热处理态TP304H+12Cr1MoV异种钢焊接接头的界面蠕变损伤及破坏特征。研究结果表明,焊后不进行热处理条件下,接头的高温持久性能优异;随着持久试验应力的降低,试样的断裂塑性下降,断裂部位由12Cr1MoV侧母材逐渐转移至热影响区、熔合线;接头经高温长期试验,12Cr1MoV侧熔合线附近会析出链状Ⅰ型碳化物,接头的低塑性开裂在该Ⅰ型碳化物处形核,进而通过蠕变孔洞的长大和连接的方式导致异种钢接头的早期脆性失效。According to TP304H and 12CrlMoV dissimilar steel welded joint,it studied the creep damage behavior and failure characteristic of TP304H+ 12CrlMoV steel welded joint interface in as-welded condition and heat treatment condition, through high temperature endurance property and scanning electron microscope. The results indicated that the high tempera- ture endurance property is better after welding without heat treatment,with endurance test stress reducing,the fracture plasticity of specimen decreases,and the fracture location transfers from 12CrlMoV base metal to HAZ and fusion line gradually. After long-term test under high temperature, the chain I carbide will precipitate adjacent to the side fusion line of 12CrlMoV steel,the low plastic cracking of welded joint nucleates in I carbide,and then the growth of creep hole and connection way cause the early stage brittleness failure of dissimilar steel welded joint.
