摘  要:从冶金和工艺两方面对超高压容器缺陷的修复进行了综述,重点介绍了单体式超高压容器堆焊修复常用的焊接参数、焊接方法、焊接材料和热处理等工艺的选择。指出在超高压容器缺陷修复时,应从焊接材料、热处理工艺和焊接方法等方面提高焊接接头力学性能;修复时应注意焊接材料与母材性能的匹配,采取相应的措施,减少焊缝中扩散氢含量。修复后要经过严格的无损检测,并进行必要的水压试验。In this article,it summarized repairing uhra-high pressure vessel defects from two aspects of metallurgy and process, emphasized the selection of welding parameter, welding method, welding material, heat treatment and other processes commonly used in monocoque ultra-high pressure vessel overlaying welding repair.Finally,it pointed that it should improve mechanical performance of welded joint from welding material, heat treatment, welding method and other aspects in repairing ultra-high pressure vessel defects, pay attention to the matching of welding material and base metal performance, and it also should adopt corresponding measures to reduce the diffusible hydrogen content.After repair the strict nondestructive testing should be conducted and make the necessary hydraulic pressure test.
