摘 要:采用乳液聚合及酯交换方法合成了纳米聚(二乙烯苯-甲基丙烯酸十八酯)油溶性降黏剂。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱和透射电子显微镜对其进行表征,并测定其对大庆稠油和胜利稠油的降黏效果。结果表明,该合成聚合物为粒径165nm左右的纳米小球。在温度40℃、最佳加入量条件下,该降黏剂对大庆稠油的表观降黏率为72.92%,净降黏率为49.91%;对胜利稠油的表观降黏率为80.29%,净降黏率为48.54%,均优于市售乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物降黏剂。该降黏剂是一种降黏效果较好的通用型降黏剂。Nanoscale poly(divinyl benzene-methyl octadecyl acrylate) was synthesized via emulsion polymerization and transesterification method.The synthesized polymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and transmission electron microscopy,and its viscosity reducing effect as a viscosity reducer for Daqing heavy oil and Shengli heavy oil was determined.The results showed that the polymer was of the sphere particle with the diameter of 165 nm.At 40℃ with optimum dosage,its apparent viscosity reduction rate and the pure viscosity reduction rate were 72.92% and 49.91%,respectively,for Daqing heavy oil,while for Shengli heavy oil,the viscosity reduction rate and the pure viscosity reduction rate were 80.29% and 48.54%,respectively.Compared with the commercial viscosity reducer ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,the synthesized polymer exhibited better viscosity reducing effect.So it was proved that the synthesized nanoscale polymer was a universal viscosity reducer with an excellent viscosity reduction effect.
