关节镜下治疗46例肩袖损伤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨关节镜下治疗肩袖损伤的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析46例肩袖损伤患者的临床资料,并观察关节镜下治疗肩袖损伤的疗效。结果 :46例患者均获随访,随访时间12～48个月,平均24个月。患者术前肩关节的ASES评分为75.6(55～83),Constant-Murley评分为70.8(43～91),VAS评分7(3～9);术后1周的ASES评分为93.1(79～97),Constant-Murley评分为89.7(73～96),VAS评分1.5(0～3)。术后1周的ASES评分、Constant-Murley评分及VAS评分与术前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肩关节镜下肩袖重建术具有创伤小、并发症少、肩关节功能恢复快等优点,同时能够对三角肌起到良好的保护作用,是治疗肩袖损伤的有效方法之一。正确掌握手术适应证、熟练的关节镜技术以及严格的术后功能康复是手术成功的关键。Objective ： To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of rotator cuff injury by applying arthroscopy. Methods： The clinical data of 46 patients with rotator cuff injury were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital from May 2008 to October 2011. Results： 46 patients were available for follow - up, the mean period of 24 （ 12- 48） months. The pre - operation and post - operation mean ASES score was 75. 6and93. 1 （P〈0. 05）, with the mean Constant - Murley score 70. 8 and 89. 7 （P〈0. 05）, the mean VAS score for pain 7 and 1. 5 （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , and the difference was not significant in postoperative 1 week and pre - operation. Conclusions ： Arthroscopic rotator cuff repair is a successful treatment for rotator cuff tear. It has the advantages of minimal morbidity, fewer complications, quick functional recovery and protection of deltoid muscle. With appropriate indication control, descent surgical skill and intense postoperative rehabilitation, gratifying outcome can usually be anticipated.
