摘 要:在超重力旋转填料床中,以尿素溶液作为吸收剂,对模拟烟气中的SO2进行吸收实验研究。分别考察了液气比、旋转填料床转速、进气SO2浓度,尿素溶液浓度以及温度对脱硫率的影响。实验结果表明:脱硫率随着液气比、旋转填料床转速、尿素溶液浓度的增大而变大,随着进气SO2浓度的增大而变小,随着温度的增加而先减小后变大。并得出了适宜的操作条件:液气比为2.5L/m3-3.0L/m3,旋转填料床转速为1000r/min,进气(SO2)约为50010-6,尿素浓度约为0.2mol/L,温度约为70℃,在此条件下,脱硫率可以达到92%以上。SO2 absoqation of simulated flue gas in a high gravity rotating packed bed with urea solution as absorption was studied experimentally. The effects of liquid-gas ratio, rotating speed, inlet SO2 concentration, urea solution concentration and temperature on the desulfurization efficiency were investigated. The results showed that SO, removal efficiency increased with the increase of liquid-gas ratio, rotating speed, the decrease of inlet SO_, concentration and urea solution concentration, decreased firstly then increased with the increase of temperature. The optimum operation operating conditions were determined as follows: liquid-gas ratio of 2.5L/ma-3.0L/m3, rotating speed of 1000r/min, inlet SO2 volume fraction of about 500×10^-6, urea solution concentration of 0.2mol/L and temperature of 70℃, under above conditions, SO2 removal efficiency could keep above 92%.
