摘 要:以疏水性聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维膜组件为吸收器,碳酸钠水溶液为吸收液,研究了膜孔径和操作条件对天然气脱除硫化氢效果的影响。结果表明:随着气液流量、吸收液浓度和温度的提高,总传质系数也随之提高;膜孔径对传质系数有较大影响,孔径越大传质系数越高;进气流量对总传质系数的影响最大,液体流量的影响最小。The effects of membrane pore-diameter and operation conditions on the removal of hydrogen sulfide from natural gas by the hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane contactor using sodium carbonate solution as absorbent were investigated. The results showed that the mass transfer coefficient increased with the increase of the velocities of feed gas and liquid and the temperature and concentration of absorbent; the pore-diameters had a significant influence on the mass transfer coefficient, the larger the pore- diameter the higher the mass transfer coelficient; and the velocity of feed gas was the most important factor which influenced the overall mass transfer coefficient, but the influence of the velocity of liquid could be ignored.
