摘　　要：采用紫外可见分光光度法以邻菲啰啉为显色剂测定络合铁溶液中的铁离子浓度。以试剂空白作参比,在512nm处测体系吸光度,考察了络合物形成配比、显色剂加入量、显色稳定时间和反应温度对测定结果的影响。根据实验结果得到线性回归方程:Y=-0.00102+0.00207X,R=0.99999。该方法操作简便、可靠、重现性好。A UV-Vis speetrophotometry was used to determine the concentration of iron ion in the chelated iron solution with 1,10-phenanthroline as chromogenic agent. Using a reagent blank as a reference, the effects of the ratio of complex formation, the dosage of chromogenic agent, chromogenic stable time and reaction temperature on the results were investigated by measuring the absorbance at 512nm. According to the experimental results, a linear regression equation was obtained： Y=0.00102＋0.00207X, R= 0.99999. This method is simple, convenient and reliable with a good repeatability .
