摘　　要：煤矿爆破事故不仅自身的危害性很大,而且由它引发的顶板事故、透水事故、甚至瓦斯煤尘事故也比较多。本文以爆破安全技术的基础理论为起点,以《煤矿安全规程》为依据,从实际出发,试图全面概括煤矿许用煤矿器材、安全操作的管理知识,为有关人员的学习和管理提供方便,以期减少煤矿事故的发生,保障安全生产。Coal mine blasting accident has great harm and will cause roof accident, water accident, and gas and coal dust accident. Based on the basic theory of blasting safety technology, according to the ＂coal mine safety regulation＂, the management knowledge of permissible mine equipment and materials for coal mine and safety operation is generalized from actual condition, which provides convenient for someone to study and manage and can reduce accidents and guarantee safe production.
