摘 要:为提高乳化炸药在低温下的抗冻性能,以5号蜡与58#半精炼石蜡、三线油为原料配制一种抗冻乳化炸药专用复合蜡,检测了复合蜡的性能,及其所制得乳化炸药在低温下的爆速和微观结构。结果表明,该专用复合蜡满足复合蜡的性能指标,所制得的乳化炸药在低温下抗冻性能较好,对抗冻乳化炸药复合油相的研究有一定的参考价值。In order to improve the antifreezing performance of emulsion explosive under low temperature, a kind of special compound wax for antifreezing emulsion explosive was prepared by mixing 5# wax with 58# semi-refined paraffm wax, vacuum third line distillate. The performance indicators of the special compound wax, the detonation velocity at low temperature and the microstructure of the emulsion explosive which is made by this special compound wax was detected. The results show that the special compound wax meets the needs of the indicator. Besides, the emulsion explosive which is made by it has an excellent antifreezing performance at low temperature, it has the reference value to the study of the oil phase material for antifreezing emulsion explosive.
