摘　　要：大学生研究性学习和创新性实验计划是高校培养创新型人才的有效载体,是提高大学生素质、提升大学生科技创新能力的重要途径.介绍了该计划在长沙大学的实施情况,对目前普遍存在的一些问题进行了思考,并从信息共享、激励机制、交流平台等方面提出改进措施,进一步完善该计划的实施过程,从而更好地培养创新人才.Undergraduate inquiry learning and innovative experimental project is an efficient carrier for training students with innovative ideas. It is an important way for enhancing students＇ quality and ability of scientific and technological innovation. This paper intro- duces the implementation of this project in Changsha University and points out some general problems. Moreover, we propose some ad- vices on information sharing, motivation mechanism and communication platform for training students and carrying out this project in a better way.
