云南昭通3种天麻对小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的比较云南昭通3种天麻对小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法采用双侧颈动脉总结扎法复制小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察3种天麻对小鼠脑梗死率以及SOD活性和MDA含量的影响。结果与模型组比较,3种天麻均能减少小鼠的脑梗死率,提高SOD活性和降低MDA含量,但各天麻组间比较,无统计学意义。结论 3种天麻均能明显改善缺血再灌注后小鼠的脑损伤程度,但3种天麻间的作用无统计学意义。Objective:To compare the protective effect of three kinds of Gastrodia elata of Zhaotong,on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.Methods:A bilateral carotid artery ligation was conducted to make cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury mice model and the effect of three kinds of Gastrodia elata on the cerebral infarction rates and SOD activity and MDA content were observed.Results:Compared with the model group,three kinds of Gastrodia elata reduced the rate of mice cerebral infarction,increased SOD activity and decreased MDA content,but the comparison between Gastrodia elata groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The three kinds of Gastrodia elata can significantly improve the ischemia-reperfusion injury of the mice,but the function of the three kinds of Gastrodia elata shows no statistical significance.
