摘　　要：如何提高大学生日常思想政治教育的实效性是新时期大学生思想政治教育工作亟待破解的一个难题。树立协同创新理念,将"体验教育"理念和做法引入大学生思想政治教育,搭建协同创新平台,以"大学生素质拓展训练营"为主阵地,推进"体验式思想政治教育模式"应用,建设协同创新辅导员团队,在不同年级、不同类别的学生群体中确定相应的教育主题,有助于提升思想政治教育水平。Effectiveness is a challenging problem in ideological and political education towards university students .It would be advisable to introduce the ideas of collaborative innovation and“experiencing education” .The methods are as follows ：establishing a collaborative inno-vation platform based on the university students’ Outward Bound Camp ,promoting the practice of “experiencing model on ideological and political education” and developing counselor team into a collaborative and innovative one .
