摘 要:电网企业内部信息与通信各自相对独立的业务范围、技术架构以及管理模式,已经与信息通信技术发展和智能电网、信息化企业建设的新需求不相适应。如何高效高质构建信息通信业务新模式,实现两大专业的融合发展,是迫切需要解决的重大课题。文章结合国网浙江省电力公司信息通信融合的深度探索和实践,提出了融合框架,具体阐述了信息通信在管理、建设、运行、客户服务、人才队伍等方面融合的主要做法以及融合推进的经验,具有一定的借鉴价值。The relative independent business scopes, technical architecture and management model of information and communication within power grid enterprises could not meet the new demands of the development of the information and communication technology (ICT) and the construction of smart grid and informatization businesses. How to efficiently build a high quality and new information and communication business mode to achieve their integration has become an urgent issue. According to the deepening practices on the integration of information and communication in State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company, an integration framework is proposed, and then the main measures of management, construction, operation, customer service, personnel and other aspects and experiences are described in detail. The proposed framework has some reference value.
