摘　　要：电力通信网络规模的不断扩展、信息通信专业的逐渐融合和省级集中监控及调度指挥的建立,给通信网络管理及维护带来了极大的挑战。特别在运维管理领域,正面临着日益繁多的告警监视处理与有限人员之间的矛盾。文章通过告警标准化,将各类异构的原始告警信息归一化处理,形成标准化告警信息。并通过过滤告警、标识工程告警、整合告警关联等方法屏蔽和压缩无效告警,从而提高告警信息的准确性和有效性,提升告警诊断和故障处理的规范性和精细化。With the increasing extension of the electric power communication network scale, the graduaJ integration of information and communication professional and the establishment of the provincial centralized monitoring and dispatching system, there are some great challenges to management and maintenance of the communication network. Specially, the operation and maintenance management are facing with the contradiction between an increasing alarm monitoring process and a limited workers. This paper normalizes various isomers of original alarm information to form standardized alarm information by alarm standardization. Further, several methods for shielding and compressing invalid alarms, such as invaliding alarms, marking engineering alarms and integrating alarm correlation, are applied to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the alarm information and to upgrade the normalization and refinement of alarm diagnosis and fault management.
