摘　　要：数据质量评价是国家电网公司运营监测(控)数据质量管理的重要工作,其中关键的一项就是对运营监测(控)数据质量进行分析评估,以保障国家电网公司两级运营监测(控)数据及时、完整、准确地接入,提升数据质量,满足"在线监测、在线分析、在线计算"需要,支撑国家电网公司运营监测(控)中心工作有效开展。文章运用层次法,通过定量地表示各评价元素在该层次中所占的权重,从而定量地表示整个运营监测(控)数据质量评估指标体系。Data quality assessment is an important task for the national grid company operations monitoring data quality management, which aims at analyzing and assessing the quality of operation monitoring data in order to ensure operation monitoring data accessable timely, completely and accurately, improve data quality, meet the need of online monitoring, online analysis and online calculation, and support the national grid company operations monitoring centers work effectively. This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and determines weights of every indicators quantitatively in order to enbale the entire operation monitoring data quality evaluation index system quantitative.
