大都市近郊农户收入及其影响因素分析——基于昆明市周边三个村庄的调查数据

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的推进,我国大都市近郊农户的经济、社会形态发生了很大程度的转变,分析这一典型区域农户的收入结构和研究该地区农户收入的影响因素是很有必要的。基于昆明市周边三个村庄的调查数据,分析该地区农户的收入特征,运用OLS估计分析受访农户收入的影响因素。结果表明:该地区农户的收入结构已存在多元性;该地区农户收入的主要影响因素包括:外出打工年数、每户务农人口和户主受教育程度。Farmers＇ economic and social structure have changed a lot by the progress of urbanization in suburb of metropolitan in China. It is necessary to analysis the income structure and the factors to effect farmers＇ income. This paper, based on the survey data in three villages near Kunming, analyses farmers＇ income structure and the factors to effect famers＇ income by OLS regression. The results show that there are three kinds of income structure,the years of work, the number of farming and the degree of education are benefit to farmers＇ income.
