摘　　要：主要从三个方面介绍了我校在聚合物加工工程实验教学过程中所做的初步探索:第一,通过加大综合性实验和设计性实验比例提高实验室教学效果,解决性能测试与配方、工艺脱节问题;第二,通过学校组织的大学生创新实验,鼓励学生积极参与,学生的动手能力和科研能力得到提升;第三,通过认知实习、毕业实习学生对产品生产工艺和产品质量控制有较深的理解.In this article, we mainly introduce the preliminary exploration of Experimental Course System about the Polymer Processing. Firstly, improve proportion of the comprehensive experiment and design experiment to solve disconnection issues of material performances with formulation and technics. The second method focuse on students innovative experiment, through innovative experiment practical ability and scientific research ability of students has been improved. Third, Graduation field work have a more in-depth understanding of the production process and product quality control.
