摘　　要：本文概述了附着硅藻的概念及内涵.列举了影响附着硅藻生长的主要环境因子包括植被、温度和营养元素等.并对附着硅藻在现代环境治理和古湖沼方向的应用研究进展进行了论述.针对附着硅藻的研究过程中存在的薄弱环节,展开一定的讨论,为今后附着硅藻研究的完善和发展提供一定的理论依据.This article summarizes the concept and connotation of periphtic diatoms. Listing the main environmental factors which affect periphtic diatom growth include vegetation, temperature and nutrition elements, etc. And discussing about periphtic diatoms in the modern environmental manage- ment and application direction of the ancient lake research. Researching for periphtie diatoms weaknesses exist in the process, expanding some discussions, providing certain theoretical basis for the improvement of the periphtic diatom in the future research and development.
