中国产业结构升级缓慢的因素及对策分析

摘　　要：近年来,在我国经济发展过程中,出现了与产业结构演进理论相违背的状况。即我国在经济快速增长的情况下,产业结构升级非常缓慢。而产业结构发展缓慢条件下的经济增长必将是不可持续的。深入分析我国产业结构升级缓慢的因素,并提出促进产业结构升级的对策,对于我国经济的可持续发展具有重要的意义。In recent years, there has been a phenomenon which is inconsistent with the theory of the evolution of industri- al structure in China＇s economic development. That is, China＇ s economic has achieved rapid growth, in the case of in- dustrial structure development is very slow. And this phenomenon will not be sustainable. Depth analysis of the factors affecting industrial structure upgrading, and propose reasonable countermeasures have important significance to China＇ s economy.
