摘 要:材料变形、断裂过程除了受到材料本身特性影响之外还与其应力状态密切相关。为研究点应力状态对材料变形行为的影响,首先通过对DEFORM-3D软件的二次开发,得到了应力状态参数中的应力三维度、罗德系数。其次通过DEFORM模拟几种常见塑性变形行为,观察其中某些关键点应力状态参数的变化,分析确定塑性变形过程中引起开裂的危险区域,并能为确定其开裂机制和开裂模式提供依据。The deformation and cracking process of metal materials are influenced by its properties and stress state. The objective is to study the effect of the stress state of piont on deformation behaviors of material. Firstly, secondary development of DEFORM was carried out, stress triaxiality and Lode parameter which included in the stress state parameters were obtained. In the next place, several routine plastic deformation behaviors were simulated via DEFORM, several parameters of the stress state of key points were obtained and used to analyze the dangerous zones which may result in cracking during the process of plastic deformation. Therefore, this study provide basis for the cracking mechanism and cracking mode of material.
