摘 要:研究了生防菌哈茨木霉对7种常见病原菌的抑制作用,探索其生防机制.结果表明:对峙培养时木霉菌对小麦纹枯病菌等7种病原菌菌丝生长均有抑制作用,其中对西瓜枯萎病菌的抑制率最高,达44.3%,对水稻恶苗病菌抑制率次之,为41.2%;木霉菌丝提取物对7种病原菌均有抑制效果,对水稻恶苗病菌抑制效果最为明显;显微观察可见木霉对小麦纹枯病菌有重寄生现象,表明生防机制为营养竞争、抗生作用和重寄生.The inhibition effect of Trichoderma harzianum to seven plant pathogenic fungi was studied in this paper. The resuhs showed that the Trichoderma harzianum has inhibition effect to all pathogen in the dual-cuhure.In the sample,the inhibition on the Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucmrium has the best inhibitory rate,it may be up to 44.3%, Fusarium moniliforme Sheld comes secondly.The mycelia extract of Trichoderma harzianum has the inhibition on seven pathogen.The inhibitory effect on the Fusarium moniliforme Sheld is most obvious.Mycoparasitism may be watched by optical microscopy.The biocontrol mechanisms is nutrition and space competition,antagonism and mycoparasitism.
