摘　　要：提出了实现高速公路通行费精准拆分的三点关键问题,阐述了基于矩阵理论的通行费拆分规则定义和结算方法,结合实例进行论述。该方法明确了通行费的拆分过程,对后续的账务清算功能实现提供可靠支撑。Three key questions on the achievement of highway toll accurate split have been mentioned. The toll split rule definition based on the matrix theory and the settlement method have been illustrated and been discussed in detail combining with living examples. The method defined the split process of the toll, which contributes to the achievement of accounting liquidation function in the later period.
